Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient intake and routine clinical assessments

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Support healthcare providers during minor procedures

  • Educate patients on health management and follow-up care

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Qualifications

  • Registered Licensed Practical Nurse with the  College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

  • Experience in clinical support or community health settings preferred

  • Current CPR certification

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
