Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical status continuously

• Assist with ventilators, IV therapies, and other critical care equipment

• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement care plans

• Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM)

• Experience in intensive or critical care nursing preferred

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification an asset

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations
