About the Role
CAD Staffing Inc seeks a compassionate LPN to provide daily nursing care in a busy long-term care facility in Toronto. You will assist residents with hygiene, monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement care plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Update care plans and communicate changes to healthcare team
  • Provide emotional support and health education to residents and families

Qualifications

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RPN
  • Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care preferred
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
