CAD Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiac ICU team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role supports post-operative care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery and acute cardiac conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac patients

• Operate cardiac monitoring equipment and ventilators

• Administer IV medications and titrate drips

• Collaborate with cardiologists and ICU physicians

• Document cardiac assessments and changes in status

Qualifications

• RN license with the BCCNM

• Minimum 2 years of ICU or cardiac care experience

• ACLS certification required

• Strong ECG interpretation and critical thinking skills

• Ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring experience
