Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor cardiac monitors and vital signs

  • Administer cardiac medications and oxygen

  • Assist with cardiac catheterization recovery

  • Educate patients about heart health and discharge planning

  • Keep accurate cardiac care charts

Qualifications

  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

  • 1–2 years’ telemetry or cardiac unit experience

  • ACLS and cardiac monitoring training

  • Strong analytical and assessment skills

  • Compassion for post-surgery recovery
