Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures

  • Monitor vital signs and sedation during procedures

  • Assist physicians with equipment and instruments

  • Provide post-procedure education and monitoring

  • Ensure infection control and documentation

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license with the BCCNM

  • Endoscopy or day surgery experience preferred

  • Conscious sedation training an asset

  • Good technical and patient reassurance skills

  • CPR and IV certification
