Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to elderly residents

  • Monitor for signs of decline or acute illness

  • Collaborate with families and allied health professionals

  • Administer medications and assist with ADLs

  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation

Qualifications

  • RN license with the NANB

  • Experience in long-term or geriatric care

  • Gentle bedside manner and patience

  • CPR certification

  • Knowledge of chronic conditions in the elderly
