Job Responsibilities

  • Visit clients in home environments

  • Provide wound care, assessments, and injections

  • Educate families on at-home care routines

  • Update electronic health records

  • Coordinate with physicians and community services

Qualifications

  • Active RN license with the CNO

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • 1+ year of home care or community experience

  • Good documentation and time management

  • CPR and wound care certification
