CAD Staffing Inc. is recruiting a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Labour and Delivery Unit in Red Deer, Alberta. This role involves providing safe and compassionate maternity care.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor fetal development and maternal health during labour

  • Assist with deliveries and provide postpartum care

  • Administer pain relief and induce labour as required

  • Educate mothers about newborn care

  • Maintain up-to-date birth and delivery records

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse licensed with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)

  • At least 2 years of labour and delivery experience

  • NRP and BLS certifications required

  • Ability to manage high-stress, high-reward scenarios

  • Warm, compassionate bedside manner
