Job Responsibilities

  • Support clients with depression, anxiety, and addiction

  • Conduct mental health assessments and safety plans

  • Facilitate group therapy and counseling referrals

  • Administer psychiatric medications and monitor side effects

  • Collaborate with caseworkers and crisis teams

Qualifications

  • RN license valid in any Canadian jurisdiction

  • Mental health certification or psych experience

  • CPI or de-escalation training

  • Strong rapport-building and crisis response skills

  • Willingness to work in Travel Assignment/underserved region
