Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor ventilators and vital signs for newborns

  • Administer TPN and specialized medications

  • Support parents through neonatal care

  • Collaborate with neonatologists and RTs

  • Maintain precise NICU documentation

Qualifications

  • RN license with the CNO

  • 1+ year NICU or pediatric ICU experience

  • NRP and neonatal care certification

  • Compassionate communication with families

  • Strong neonatal clinical skills
