Job Responsibilities

  • Prep patients and equipment for surgical procedures

  • Assist surgeons with instrumentation and sterile technique

  • Monitor patient vitals during surgery

  • Ensure proper documentation of procedures and instruments

  • Support post-op care and transport to recovery

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse licensed with BCCNM

  • At least 2 years of OR nursing experience

  • Perioperative certification (CORN) is preferred

  • High attention to sterile protocols

  • Ability to respond calmly under surgical pressure
