Job Responsibilities

  • Manage pain and symptom relief for terminal patients

  • Support emotional and spiritual needs of patients and families

  • Coordinate with hospice and home care services

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse licensed with the CRNM

  • 2+ years in palliative or hospice care

  • CHPCN(C) certification is an asset

  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence

  • Calm and empathetic presence
