Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor ventilators and IV infusions

  • Administer pediatric emergency medications

  • Collaborate with pediatricians and child life specialists

  • Communicate with families in high-stress settings

  • Maintain accurate pediatric documentation

Qualifications

  • RN license with the CNO

  • PICU, NICU, or pediatric ER experience

  • PALS and pediatric critical care training

  • Excellent bedside manner with children

  • Detail-focused and collaborative
