Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual health assessments via phone or video

  • Provide patient education and self-care guidance

  • Triage based on urgency and refer as needed

  • Maintain electronic patient records

  • Follow up on ongoing patient concerns

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in at least one Canadian province

  • Previous experience in triage, telehealth, or primary care

  • Comfortable using health software and digital tools

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Ability to work independently from home
